Morgan’s family has owned tree-farmed and waterfront property on Watchic Lake since 1900. Their brown house to the left of the lake’s dam is named Tuckenuck, which is believed to be Native American for “top of the hill.” Before helping people buy and sell property around Maine and New Hampshire, Morgan helped companies buy and sell things around the globe.
